All purchasers of Hip Wear USA "logo" merchandise are advised that the names, "Hip Wear USA" as well as any "logo" or symbol, which purport to represent Hip Wear USA, are the exclusive property of Hip Wear USA. No use may be made of the aforesaid names or symbols other than by authorized representatives of Hip Wear USA for those purposes authorized by Hip Wear USA. All logo items purchasers expressly agree that the items purchased are for the exclusive personal use of the purchaser or his immediate household, and that they are personally liable for any misuse of said item, name or symbol. All purchasers further expressly agree that any resale or transfer of any such item is expressly prohibited without the express, prior written consent of Hip Wear USA's President. Under no circumstances are Hip Wear USA names, logos, symbols, or media to be used as identification media for any purpose whatsoever. |
