How To Order
To order an item, simply enter the quantity you desire and click the Add To Cart button from any product
display in our store.
Clicking the View Order icon on the upper right side of any page will take you a running
tally of items in your cart. On this screen you can change quantities, delete items, change
shipping methods and calculate your sales tax. Choose Continue Shopping to return to the store
or Checkout to pay for your order.
Please do not use your browser's back button on any of the View Order or Checkout pages. Doing so may result in inacurate
charges and/or items in your shopping basket.
When checking out you may choose to register using your email address and choosing a password
or, if your order is shipping to the same address on your credit card you may choose the
express checkout option.
Upon completion of your order, you should be taken to page thanking you for your order. You should also
receive an email confirmation shortly thereafter. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please
email us at ##SENDTO## so we can make sure your order was properly processed.
Registered users can save multiple addresses in an address book for future use and track the
progress of their orders online. To access your account click the My Account icon on the upper
right side of any page.
Computer Requirements
To use this online shopping system, you must have a browser that supports Cookies and JavaScript.
If your browser is not properly configured, items may not show up when you go to check out or you may receive
an error message when attempting to order an item or checkout. Version 3.0 or higher of Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator should work as long as Cookies and JavaScript
are enabled.
Check your browser's documentation or visit Microsoft or
Netscape if you are having trouble configuring your browser.
Security
While we are operating on a secure server, we do not presently offer Online Credit Card Processing. We will be adding that in the near future. All of your ordering information, however, is completely secure.
Furthermore, we will not exchange your ordering information with any other organization.
Note: Users with version 3 browsers may experience a

Managing/Editing Your Personal Account
This will work only if you have registered.
By clicking on "My Account" and entering your password, you will be taken to a page that lists your recent orders and the name(s) in your Address Book (those names to which your past orders have been sent.)
Click on your own name to open up the page on which your personal information is listed. You may change any of the information to update it.
Hit "Save" when you are done.
